What's useful to have ready
None of this is required — call with nothing but a rough idea and we'll still help. But if you have these to hand, the first conversation gets a lot further.
- Roughly what you want and roughly where it goes
- A photo or two of the space as it is now
- For a deck: the door height and how far it is down to the ground
- For a fence: the approximate length of the run, and whether the ground slopes
- For a basement: whether you've ever had water down there
- Any subdivision or association rules you know apply
- When you'd like it finished, and whether that date is fixed
Common questions
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, and it's free whether we come out or do it over the phone. There's no obligation attached to it.
How fast can you get out here?
Usually within the week for the visit. The build date depends on the season — spring and early summer book up first, so if you want outdoor work done this year it's worth calling before the weather turns.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes. We've served residential and commercial property owners for over four years, and fence runs and exterior work for businesses are a regular part of the schedule.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully licensed and insured, and a BBB Accredited Business.
Do you offer any discounts?
