• Came out and did some basement work (took out a basement office to open up the basement and made it look great other than painting cause I can do that). Came out again and took care of some unwanted shrubbery around my property. Very pleased both times

• VCHS was professional and prompt. Their estimator found mistakes that were made with the original build of our deck that at least 3 other estimators from competing deck builders missed. That alone would have earned our business. Couple that with his courtesy and respectful manner, and we were convinced we wanted to go with this company. Lastly, the team that did the demo and rebuild were HARD working, courteous and prideful in their quality of workmanship. I highly recommend VCHS for your project.

• VCHS is a great contractor to work with! We first had them replace our rear deck and they built us a much bigger, more functional, and better deck than we had envisioned. When my mother became wheelchair bound later the same year we had VCHS back out and they built a custom front deck with wheelchair ramp and concrete sidewalk to allow her to come live with us. Just this year we brought VCHS back to replace our old chain link fence with a new 6 foot privacy fence. Overall they are a friendly and efficient team to work with who won’t let you down!

• The Best choice I made for my deck replacement. They are Professional, customer centric and their response to communication is just awesome. Adam would respond to my calls/texts promptly and answer any question with great detail. The guys showed up on time and the workmanship was just great. I was very cautious with my selection for this project since I had a bad experience with a different company for a project back in 2020 - I made a good decision selecting VCHS. They gave me the best quote which was realistic considering how the lumber costs fluctuated. There were a few small things I found, that had to be fixed few days after they were done building the deck. I just had to send one text message and Adam made sure it was fixed promptly in a couple of days. They didn't even ask me to pay the balance amount until "everything" was taken care of and made sure I was happy. I strongly recommend VCHS since they know what they are doing, experience and customer focus. They know how to keep their customers happy, which is hard to find these days.
